Business Development Manager We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy in health, nutrition, and wellness ingredients. A strong network of industry connections and relationships with key stakeholders is essential for success in this role. Experience selling key nutraceutical dosage forms – tablets, capsules, softgels, and gummys – is highly desirable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive business expansion and contribute to the development of strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and building high-value commercial relationships. Develop and expand partnerships with global key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers. Lead the full business development cycle – from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planning. Translate technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions that drive business growth. Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies. Manage contracts, commercial terms, and performance optimization across partnership lifecycles. Support international expansion through new market development and strategic alliances. Represent the business at leading industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and networking opportunities.
