As the HR Technology Solutions Analyst (remote), you will support and configure global Human Resources (HR) Technology functions such as Workday System - Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Learning, Security, Integrations, and Payroll. You will oversee system configuration, setup values, business processes, and user security access. This role bridges HR information systems and HR functions, requiring technical system knowledge and understanding of HR operations. Additionally, you will support projects involving new functionalities or modules in HR Technology systems.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and administration of global HRIS platforms.Ensure system setup values, configurations, and security are current and aligned with business processes.Consult on system configurations, troubleshoot, and support design improvements.Lead system improvement initiatives, including understanding business needs, configuring, testing, and communicating updates.Create technical user guides, facilitate communication, and manage change to ensure successful implementation of new processes and system capabilities.Support future global HR system releases and implementations.Qualifications:
Graduate diploma or higher education.Proficiency in English.Experience supporting Workday system configuration or managing a live Workday instance, including Business Processes, Security, Domains, Policies, Fields, and Reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience managing projects and implementations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:
