We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees, agencies, and clients with reliable, modern technology solutions.
- This includes delivering exceptional on-site IT support, providing remote support to regional offices as needed, ensuring deskside operations and standard technology services are maintained and supported.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, empathy, and effective communication skills with diverse end users.
Key Responsibilities:- Champion a customer-focused approach, empowering end users to make the most of technology tools, educating users on IT services, policies, and best practices, and accurately logging all IT engagements in the ticketing system for reporting and performance tracking.
- Provide strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS, working knowledge of AV technology, and a professional, approachable demeanor under pressure.
- 3–5 years' experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
