Job Overview

The International Command Centre Software presales team is responsible for defining, designing, and demonstrating software solutions that support public safety agencies and enterprises globally.

This involves providing specialist support to regional sales teams concerning both the portfolio and the customer's domain. This includes not only technical expertise but also knowledge of how customers expect such solutions to be deployed and managed in service.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to design mission-critical technology for police, fire, and health agencies in Latin America.

In this role, you will be the key technical leader in the sales process, using your deep industry knowledge to architect solutions that solve complex challenges and ultimately help save lives.

You will be the bridge between customer needs and technological capabilities, ensuring proposed solutions are innovative, robust, and effective.
