**Position Overview**:
The role involves overseeing and managing the performance of the Platform IT, Service Delivery, NOC, Corporate IT, and Cyber Security teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position also requires leading a robust cyber security strategy, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular security assessments. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Direct and oversee the performance of the Platform IT, Service Delivery and NOC, Corporate IT and Cyber Security Teams

- Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring high availability and performance levels.
- Manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) to monitor and address system alerts and incidents proactively.
- Develop and refine service delivery processes to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Implement technology solutions that support business operations and enhance productivity.
- Oversee the procurement and deployment of hardware and software resources.
