Business Development Manager – Latin America

Overview Optikpi is a global CRM platform trusted by leading online casino brands in over 50 countries. Our technology helps operators boost player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. We’re expanding into Brazil and are looking for a Business Development Manager who’s passionate about iGaming, fluent in Portuguese and English, and ready to build strong relationships with casino operators across the region. Key Responsibilities Drive new partnerships with online casino operators Present and promote OptiKPI’s CRM solutions to potential clients Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success In this role you will — Qualifications and Skills Proven track record in sales or business development (iGaming, SaaS, or tech preferred) Strong network within the Brazilian iGaming space Deep understanding of CRM and casino operations Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English A proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset Competitive base salary + generous commission structure Full support from an experienced global team The opportunity to represent a fast-growing tech brand in a booming market A results-driven environment where success is well rewarded How to apply Send your resume and proposal to Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
