What You'll Do1. Marketing Campaign Strategy- Based on local user insights, node/hotspot characteristics, excavate takeaway business growth opportunity points, formulate takeaway C-platform marketing campaign strategy and integrated marketing calendar (monthly), including promotion activities, festival marketing, fission activities, KOL linkage and so on. 2. Marketing Campaign Operation - Vertical campaign theme creation, marketing game design, page construction and execution, subsidy supply and investment strategy traction, etc.;
Horizontal coordinationwith public relations & brand communication strategy, merchant supply strategy, subsidy strategy of each department. Responsible for traffic exposure, transaction growth and subsidy efficiency. 3. Localized operation - Design activities that meet local preferences by taking into account local cultural hotspots, user habits and festivals (e.G. Mardi Gras, Black Friday). Tap into marketing growth opportunities - In takeaway consumption scenarios and local characteristics of the crowd circle, link with KA, partner organizations and other resources to plan joint marketing activities. 4. Data Review and Iteration - Monitor campaign data and adjust strategies in real time to improve engagement and conversion rates. Continuously review the data for the effect of the campaigns and precipitate effective methodology. 5. Marketing Innovation- Based on the business direction and key strategies, combined with the existing marketing capabilities, we can continue to think about and optimize the product capabilities, and work with the product to build a complete product functionality to help improve the efficiency of the marketing campaign output. Explore innovative takeaway marketing approaches for the local market, and collaborate with the product to drive functionality updates and iterations of related marketing tools. 6. Integrate Marketing BP & Collaboration- As a Business Partner, integrate the marketing campaign needs of various departmental platforms and develop marketing plans.What We Need From You1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas market growth, operation, communication work experience is preferred 2. More than 3 years of user operation/integrated marketing experience. Experience in local O2O/e-commerce platform campaign operation is preferred. 3. Experience in planning and operation of large-scale internationalized consumer marketing activities is preferred (Black Friday, Christmas, Double 11 and other marketing activities experience is especially good) 4. Familiar with local mainstream social/O2O/e-commerce platform activities play (such as Instagram hot push, WhatsApp fission, local e-commerce promotional tools, etc.). 5. Local native language communication skills (preferred). Business English communication skills. 6. Strong communication skills, empathy, good at organization and multi-cultural teamwork, in multi-role projects can give full play to the initiative, coordination of resources to promote goal achievement 7. Data sensitive, strong analytical skills, proficient in SQL, with the ability to find the key and breakthrough points from the data to promote the relevant construction and optimization. 8. Master solid user research and analysis methods, with marketing creativity, keen market insight and hot spot catching ability. 9.
