Head of Human Resources Operations | FxGlobe We’re on the lookout for a sharp, organised, and people-savvy Junior HR Administrator to support our growing team in São Paulo. If you’re the type who keeps things moving, loves connecting with people, and can juggle headhunting with daily office tasks, this role will feel right at home for you. What You’ll Do Support recruitment for entry‑to‑mid‑level roles (job postings, screening, headhunting, interview scheduling). Actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. Handle day‑to‑day office admin tasks: filing, scheduling, supplies, basic reporting. Assist the Head of HR and the Brazil office with operational and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation. Be the onsite point of contact for office coordination and general support. What Helps You Thrive in This Role Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English. Strong communication skills and confidence in outreach. Solid organisational and multitasking skills. Proactive and reliable, comfortable working independently onsite. Nice to Have Experience in recruitment, headhunting, or HR admin. Experience in a multinational environment. Familiarity with HR tools (ATS/HRIS). This role is fully onsite in São Paulo, Brazil. Must be at the office everyday. You’ll join a dynamic team, gain hands‑on HR experience, and play a key role in supporting our Brazil office as we continue to grow. Interested candidates can send their CVs to .
