Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in marketing, consulting, or social media.
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams, developing brand and social media strategies into integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing the social presence of consumer brands, developing content, and programming and knowledge of Internet culture and usage of social media.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Excellent editorial point of view (POV) on what's effective for YouTube's brand/outlook.
- Passionate about all things YouTube, its creators, and building an inclusive brand that advocates for diversity.

As Head of Youtube Brand and Social Media Marketing, you will lead a team responsible for all local, regional, and globally localized brand campaigns that will engage, delight, and grow our user communities in Latin America and Canada. In this role, you will contribute by translating business objectives into brand and social media strategies that build and move our user and creator communities. You will help discern what fits into the YouTube strategy and outlook.

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a brand advocate of YouTube with the Latin American and Canadian user and creator community. Develop the brand and social outlook and strategy for the region and drive the execution to achieve business goals.
- Work with various global, regional, and local Marketing teams to effectively define, develop, and execute the role of brand in the region.
- Identify and manage agencies who enable us to support and scale brand and social campaigns.
- Lead and shape our on-platform and off-platform brand and social outlook. Ensure the team is engaging creators and their fans in ways that add value to their communities and conversations.
- Work with analytics lead and agency on measurement framework to accurately define and track the success of campaigns. Identify trends within our community and across the brand and social media.
