This is your opportunity to impact our business significantly, drive key initiatives, and be an essential leadership team member, reporting directly to our Growth Director. Snapshot of Key Responsibilities As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving our business and improving and growing our revenue. You are an enthusiast about the car rental market, aligning your interest with the ability to extract crucial market information and insights to enhance our business. A data‑driven profile is essential to connect with the competitive environment and our business goals. Key initiatives include : Manage sales performance and P&L in the Brazilian market; Improve the e‑commerce performance to reach targets. You ensure all websites are localized and optimized, competitive prices, and campaigns run efficiently. You know where to push to make an impact on the growth numbers; Work closely with Marketing and Products global teams to increase conversion rates and drive business performance in the region; Manage and negotiate key account agreements that position Rentcars in the Brazilian market; Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans in the region; Assist in formulating the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives to expand; Interact with local car rental suppliers alongside the Global Partnership department and manage partners' main KPIs; Negotiate commission fees to increase revenue; Works together with departments (Operations, Brand, Finance, Technology and Product) to secure allocation, delivery and profitable growth; Monitor car rental market share and penetration, identifying opportunities that suit our customers' needs. Traits Required for Success Key Attributes Passion for creating innovative strategies; A data‑driven mindset focused on negotiation; Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills; Ability to influence both horizontally and vertically; Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate potential challenges; Ability to work independently as well as part of an extended, cross‑functional team; Experienced and self‑assured presenter to all audiences; Strong presentation skills and a flexible and organized work method; Skills / Experience / Knowledge Required Solid understanding of business development strategies and operation; University degree BSc / BA in Business Administration, Economy, Marketing, or relevant field; MSc / MA will be a plus; Previous experience leading high‑performance teams; Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities; Proven track record in the Brazilian e‑commerce environment; Comfortable operating in a global company and prepared to travel; Multicultural and multilingual experience; Availability to work in‑person at the Curitiba office is required.
