Job Description Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiatives to drive business excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Provide timely reporting to senior management to inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies for account profitability and growth. Manage client interactions and escalations effectively. Conduct regular reviews with account managers to ensure alignment and progress. Monitor daily productivity against service level standards to maintain high performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of BPS operations and service delivery models, proficiency in process mapping tools, and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within timelines. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in process improvement within BPS or Shared Services. PREFERRED certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
