We’re hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to help concept, script, and build brand YouTube channels that people actually want to watch. Not repurposed ads. Not B-roll with voiceovers.
Real content with real impact.
You’ll get to shape content with the people who know YouTube better than anyone. Think of it like working at the intersection of MrBeast strategy, Netflix storytelling, and world‑class brand partnerships.
What You’ll Actually Do- Script stories, series, and formats that feel native to YouTube, not recycled from other channels
- Hook viewers in the first 5 seconds and keep them for 10 minutes
- Build an idea engine to ensure every brand works on the best ideas
- Write titles and thumbnails that are strategic, clickable, and never clickbait
- Collaborate with editors, creatives, and clients to make every video binge-worthy
- Use data to evolve your approach, without losing your creative instincts
- You’ve launched or helped grow YouTube channels and know how to spot retention killers
- You obsess over pacing, structure, and storytelling (not just aesthetics)
- You know why thumbnails work (and why most don’t)
- You can juggle multiple projects and don’t need hand-holding
- You love turning marketing goals into content that actually performs
- You have impeccable English communication skills
- You’re working with the best of the best in YouTube; people who’ve done it, not just talked about it
- You’ll get to shape brand narratives at a platform-native level , not forced messaging
- You’ll have autonomy and creative voice , your ideas will make it on-screen
- This is a high-growth role on a rocket ship team scaling fast
- Strong creative writing and storytelling instincts
- Experience scripting YouTube content (even for your own projects)
- Comfort working remotely and async, ideally on US hours
- Clear and persuasive written and vocal English communication
- You’ve never written a YouTube title, thumbnail, or script — and have no intention of learning fast
- You think “branding” means a mood board and a mission statement
- You freeze when asked to pitch 10 ideas in 10 minutes
- You chase perfect instead of shipping what works
- You can’t kill your darlings when the data says otherwise
- You’re looking for safe, slow, or quiet. This is none of those things.
You’ll help shape the content that defines how modern companies grow on YouTube.
