In this role, you’ll go beyond reporting - you’ll uncover critical insights that shape the future of our games and influence millions of players. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Game Design, and Marketing to drive game strategy, optimize the player experience, and deliver measurable improvements through experimentation.This is a senior-level role, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building data tools, and turning insights into action.If you want to make an outsized impact at a fast-growing, well-funded game studio operating some of the top experiences on Roblox, we’d love to hear from you**Responsibilities**:- Analyze **billions** of rows of gameplay and player behaviour data to identify growth and retention opportunities- Own end-to-end design and analysis of **A/B tests**, from hypothesis creation to rollout recommendation- Build automated, scalable dashboards in **Tableau** that are used daily by Product and Game teams- Drive product development with **insightful, story-driven analysis** that influences roadmap decisions- Partner with Game Design and Engineering to implement new features and ensure data integrity- Segment and model user behaviour to understand different player types and their impact on monetization- Analyze the impact of our partnerships from licensing & marketing partners- Contribute to data modelling and pipeline improvements using **dbt** and **SQL**- Proactively prioritize high-impact projects in a fast-paced, iterative development environment**Requirements**:- ** 5+ years** of experience in analytics, with at least **2+ years in gaming**- Advanced proficiency in **SQL** and data visualization (ideally **Tableau**)- Experience with **A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation**- Strong product intuition and an ability to turn data into a **clear, compelling narrative**- Familiarity with **cloud data warehouses** (Snowflake preferred)- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting findings to both technical and non-technical teams- Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action and experimentation**Nice to Have**:- Experience with Roblox or other UGC platforms- Proficiency in **Python** for analysis or automation- Understanding of player segmentation, LTV modelling, and funnel diagnostics- Experience working on live service games or mobile F2P productsHands-on experience with **dbt** and working with structured datasets- Voldex is an equal opportunity employer.
