We are looking for a Field Service Analyst + Network to learn and transform their career, in Belo Horizonte, under a CLT contract, on-site, in Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais.

Responsibilities
  • Support the service levels and availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).
  • Field Services on Network, physical installation of switches, cables and related tasks.
  • Perform operation, configuration, and second-level support for service components of the Network LAN/WAN, WLAN Cisco/Meraki, Cisco Manager, Riverbed, Firewalls Palo Alto, Cisco Routers, HP Routers/Switches.
  • Manage Citrix-related components installed during the term of the agreement, including XenApp and XenDesktop, Netscaler, and related Citrix Systems platform components.
  • Support virtual desktops and applications (Hyper-V, VMware ESX), load balancers (Netscaler), web application firewall, and other Citrix-related services.
  • Maintain and support virtual desktops on Hyper-V, Moonshot HPE, and related environments; ensure availability of virtual apps and services.
Qualifications
  • Engineer or technologist of systems or telecommunications, in computer science or related field, with experience in managing local area networks (wired/wireless) and data center support for critical business environments.
  • Experience with Stack v4/v6.
  • Experience supporting availability of networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).
  • Ability to perform operation, configuration, and second-level support for mentioned components and platforms.
