Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Support service levels and availability of the networking infrastructure.
  • Perform physical installation of switches, cables, and related field services on network.
  • Configure and support (second level) activities for services components of Citrix Systems platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless) and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments. You should also have knowledge of Stack v4/v6, Cisco routers, HP routers/switches, Citrix Systems platform, Netscaler computers, and all components of the Citrix Systems platform installed during the term of the agreement.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise:

You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining networking equipment, including switches, routers, and servers. Additionally, you will need to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Citrix Systems platform.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You will need to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the network infrastructure.
