About The Team / Role The Sales Enablement & CRM team ensures that our sales organization operates with the requisite tools, processes, and training to perform at its peak. From CRM hygiene to onboarding, from playbooks to partner training, this team bridges sales operations and sales excellence. As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting sales training, onboarding, and playbook development. This role ensures that sales teams and partners are equipped with the appropriate tools, knowledge, and materials to succeed. In this role, you'll be... Assisting in sales onboarding programs for new hires. Supporting the creation of sales playbooks and toolkits. Coordinating partner training sessions on platform and processes. Helping design proposal & closing toolkits. Supporting follow-up and education loops with partners. Preparing materials, presentations, and reports for enablement sessions. We're eager to be in touch because you have... Background in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to organize training content and collaborate with sales leaders. Fluency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus. Proactivity, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.
