About the Team/Role The Sales Enablement & CRM team ensures that our sales organization operates with the right tools, processes, and training to perform at its best. From CRM hygiene to onboarding, from playbooks to partner training, this team bridges sales operations and sales excellence. As Manager, you will lead both CRM and Enablement functions, ensuring data quality, process adoption, and scalable enablement programs. Responsibilities Leading CRM architecture and alignment with sales processes. Overseeing CRM data quality and lead hygiene. Driving sales onboarding and training programs. Developing segment‑specific sales playbooks and toolkits. Designing partner onboarding and training experiences. Ensuring integration and activation support for new partners. Managing a team of analysts to deliver both CRM support and enablement initiatives. Monitoring adoption and providing continuous improvement feedback loops. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Enablement, CRM Management, or Sales Operations. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar). Experience designing training programs, playbooks, and sales materials. Leadership skills with ability to balance data/tech with people enablement. Fluency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
