Key Account Manager: Building Strong Relationships in LATAM

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients across Brazil and Latin America.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale client accounts, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in sales and client management, preferably in an international financial setting.
  • Proven expertise in working with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, or commercial banks.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is also required, with Spanish as a plus.
