We are looking for an ServiceNow Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and availability of the ServiceNow platform.

- Solid experience in ServiceNow
- Advanced level of English
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and enhancements.
- Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and implementations.
- Document technical specifications, procedures, and troubleshooting step
