We are looking for Junior Technical Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.

Job Details:


Act on calls relating to the client's legacy systems;Run scripts and queries to solve problems;Answer phone calls to provide support to users.

Mandatory SkillsKnowledge in PL/SQLKnowledge of Power ShellJob and script monitoringKnowledge of Zabbix, Control M,Understanding ITILWork automation notionsAvailability to work on 12x36 shift, 7 pm to 7 am BRT – mandatory
