We have two opportunities for a **Technical Documentation Analyst **at ESSS** **in Florianópolis - SC.We are looking for a talented technical writer to help create and maintain a modern documentation and user help infrastructure. You will be a core part of the product management team working closely with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement to create resources that don’t just document what the product does, but speeds up a user from novice to power user. Customer performance is key for the Rocky business, and the tools you will build will create a powerful impact on adoption.**For this position, your key challenges will be**:- Management and leadership in product documentation;- Work close to the technical team to understand and define documentation priorities;Executing the detailing of technical manuals of the system, for use by the end customer;- Develop and review standard operating procedures, in relation to product documentation, including the analysis of new market tools, or alternative documentation formats;- All related documentation is in English language.- Writing and communication in English is a must for this position.**Required Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field such as computer science or engineering, a focus on English, writing, and communications.- 05 years of experience as a technical writer, for technology/software products- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process- Fluent in the English language.- Verbal and written communication skills;- Be proactive and have good team work skills.- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges**Desirable**- To have a certificate of passing a TOEFL or IELTS exam in the last 5 years.- Experience in Latex / Markdown / HTML / CSS / Confluence / JiraEngineering Simulation and Scientific Software (ESSS) is a Brazilian multinational firm based in Florianópolis/SC.
