Position Overview:
As a Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services.

What Are Your Challenges:

- Maintain customer relationships and provide high-quality support via chat.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Continuously test the product to optimize the customer's journey.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, fostering our values and conveying improvement feedback.
- Conduct research, gather suggestions, and collect valuable feedback.
- Assist customers in using the product effectively.
- Drive high performance, customer retention, and re-engagement strategies.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently through online channels.
- Thrive in a remote work environment with adaptability and efficiency.

What You Must Have:

- Initiative, a strong desire to learn, and a curious mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and a deep commitment to achieving results.
- A customer-focused mindset that prioritizes their satisfaction.
- Ownership vision and a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Fluency in Portuguese.

It Would Be Good if You Had:

- Experience in customer support through chat or other online communication channels.
- Advanced communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack.
