Overview

Join Baker Hughes as a Application Engineer in the Wireline Services Team. We are a leader in Integrity, Production, and Intervention services. Responsibilities
  • Plan intervention electro-hydraulic, wireline, and DSL service jobs, including simulations and job programs.
  • Support field operations and address customer inquiries in real time.
  • Deliver technical presentations and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure job readiness and service quality.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and best practices.
  • Build long-term customer relationships leading to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related field).
  • Strong knowledge of well intervention operations with wireline and/or Digital Slickline.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic field environments.
  • Effective communication in technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in simulation software and technical reporting tools.
  • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese.
  • Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
  • Availability to live in Macaé-RJ.
