Job Description:

As a seasoned headhunter, you will be tasked with identifying and attracting top engineering talent from around the world. Your role will involve building trust with suitable candidates, guiding them through the relocation process, and introducing them to the numerous benefits of working in Sweden.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical fields.
  • A well-established network of local engineering talent within the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and close recruitment requests efficiently.
  • An upper intermediate level of English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal contexts.
  • Familiarity with contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • An executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers, with a passion for success.
