Principais atividades
  • Propectar novas oportunidades/ projetos dialogando com os clientes, avaliando as suas necessidades,elaborando soluções pertinentes que possam suprir suas demandas.
  • Realizar suporte técnico ao cliente.
  • Apoiar a equipe de Back Office em maiores oportunidades de serviço.
  • Realizar negociação com os clientes.
  • Definir e acompanhar projetos realizando o cálculo de custos.
  • Analisar a evolução do mercado e dos concorrentes.
  • Analisar as necessidades do mercado.
  • Alinhar o desenvolvimento de novos produtos com o gerente.
  • Elaborar cotações no prazo estimado e acompanhar as cotações abertas.
  • Estabelecer documentação para as vendas.
  • Realizar treinamentos relacionados aos produtos de especialidade.
  • Buscar a melhoria contínua do produto e da estratégia de vendas.
  • Buscar novos clientes.
  • Acompanhar projetos de vendas, contribuindo com a qualidade do produto.
  • Orientar o cliente quanto as especificações técnicas e aplicações dos produtos, orçamentos e prazos deentrega.
  • Preparar relatórios de gerenciamento para visão geral do potencial de mercado, medidas de design ecusto, manutenção preventiva e monitoramento e controle do ciclo de vida, base para o negócio de peçasde reposição, estratégias de produtos regionais por aplicativo e estudos de benchmarking product home.
  • Efetuar visitas a clientes, melhorando o nível de comunicação e aumentando a eficiência comum no dia adia dos negócios.
