We are seeking an individual with a successful history in performance or partner management roles who can provide hands-on training to partners in the Brazil region.ResponsibilitiesOversee KPIs and conduct needs analysis to identify deficiencies in revenue enablement.Develop partner-facing training programs for teams and individuals.Manage curriculum and documentation.Gather feedback and improve training processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments.About The RoleDesign and implement training programs aligned with strategic goals.Build relationships with leadership across departments.Translate feedback into actionable plans.Analyze skills gaps and mitigate risks.Monitor revenue objectives related to training activities.Requirements2+ years in AE/AM/Channel sales roles.Experience in management, training, or onboarding, preferably in B2B SaaS.Experience with Learning Management platforms is a plus.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Self-motivated and independent.Excellent written and verbal English skills.Attention to detail.Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc., is advantageous.Experience with monday.Com is a plus.What monday.Com OffersCompetitive salary, benefits, bonus, and equity options.Inclusive culture emphasizing transparency and collaboration.Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuting.Dedicated learning and development resources.Award-winning workplace recognized as a top place to work.Diversity and inclusion initiatives.Global team across multiple cities worldwide.#J-18808-Ljbffr
