We are looking for a strategic and results-driven App Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing strategy for the Supersocial standalone Android app. You will own the full user journey — from awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention — working closely with Paid Media, CRM, Product, and Growth teams to deliver a seamless experience and strong performance across the funnel. This position is based in the Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca).
OverviewWe are looking for someone who :
- Full-Funnel Strategist : Understands how ads, store listings, and in-app messaging connect into one user journey.
- Deeply Analytical : Uses data to identify trends, optimize performance, and guide decisions.
- Cross-Functional Bridge-Builder : Collaborates seamlessly with marketers, product managers, and CRM specialists.
- User-Obsessed : Constantly focused on reducing friction and creating more value for users.
- Sports Enthusiast : Passion for sports, especially soccer, is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in app, mobile, or product marketing for consumer-facing apps.
- Hands-on expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) for Google Play.
- Proficiency with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and analytics platforms (Firebase, Amplitude).
- Strong analytical and communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- App Marketing Strategy : Define and execute the end-to-end marketing roadmap to drive growth and retention.
- App Store Optimization (ASO) : Lead ASO efforts for Google Play, optimizing keywords, creatives, and listings to maximize discovery and installs.
- Acquisition & Campaign Management : Partner with Paid Media to optimize acquisition campaigns (Google App Campaigns, Meta, etc.), ensuring efficient, high-quality user growth.
- Engagement & Retention : Work with CRM and Product to refine onboarding, push, and in-app messaging strategies that increase engagement and reduce churn.
- Performance Measurement : Track and report on app metrics (LTV, DAU/MAU, retention, churn), providing clear insights to stakeholders.
- Continuous Experimentation : Drive a culture of testing across the funnel — from store listings to engagement tactics — to unlock new growth opportunities.
