Business Development Manager (Brazil) Tickmill, a multi‑regulated broker, is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its multi‑asset product operations in the Brazil region. About Tickmill Tickmill offers CFDs on Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies, bonds, and Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures & Options). Founded in 2014, the Tickmill Group employs over 280 individuals across London, Cyprus, Estonia, South Africa, and other regional offices worldwide. Responsibilities Identify, engage, and acquire new business partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates, to drive new client acquisition. Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and onboard new IBs, ensuring successful integration into the partnership structure. Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns via direct communication, LinkedIn, email, and industry events to engage potential partners. Create, manage, and optimize a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑ups and converting leads into signed partners. Expand the network of Country Managers (or Master IBs) locally or regionally, or develop such teams at the company’s headquarters to maintain cost efficiencies. Establish and manage relationships with high‑ticket Clients, IBs, and Institutional Clients where feasible. Present the company’s value proposition to potential partners, negotiate terms, and close partnership deals. Ensure smooth onboarding of new IBs, including contract negotiation, compliance checks, and integration. Collaborate with the Partnerships Department for seamless handover and ongoing communication. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new IBs signed, client deposit volume from IBs, and overall performance metrics. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership within the FX industry. Strong understanding of the Forex trading environment, IB models, and partner networks. Proven track record of developing and closing partnership deals in a high‑paced environment. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Portuguese. College or university degree. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build long‑lasting relationships. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and track performance. Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with company growth goals. Willingness to travel and attend industry events. Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure.
