Technical Project Manager – Core Networks

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Core Networks /Mobile & Converged Networks with strong expertise in mobile and converged network architectures to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Nokia network solutions, virtualization technologies, and key signaling protocols, and will play a crucial role in aligning network strategies with customer and business objectives.Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and support mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) and fixed/converged network architectures.- Manage and optimize virtualized environments using Nokia CBIS VMs, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as NCS.- Work with Nokia network elements and third-party systems including CMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS/HLR, and CSD.- Troubleshoot and optimize signaling protocols such as SIP, Diameter, and S7.- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions aligned with customer and Nokia objectives.- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks effectively.- Provide deep analytical support and troubleshoot complex network issues.Required Skills and Qualifications- Extensive knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), fixed and converged networks.- Experience with virtualization and container platforms (Nokia CBIS, Docker, Kubernetes, NCS).- Familiarity with Nokia network components (CMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS/HLR, CSD) and third-party solutions.- Strong understanding of SIP, Diameter, and S7 protocols.- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to meet technical and business goals.- Excellent risk management, leadership, and communication skills.- Strong analytical and troubleshooting aptitude.- Proficiency in English.Preferred Qualifications- Certifications or relevant education in Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields.- Prior experience working with Nokia systems and large-scale network deployments.We are Connectors.
