**Technical Project Manager**:

- REQUISITION ID: 4962- LOCATION: Sede São Paulo, BR- DEPARTMENT: Project Management (Site Management / Erection / I- In the role as Technical Project Manager (TPM) part of an execution project team at Nordex in Brazil and interface to the client with regards to all technical topics and issues within a wind farm projects- Managing the interfaces to Engineering and other technical support functions within the Nordex Group
- Supporting the project team to execute international projects on-time, within budget targets and with best possible quality
- Represent the Nordex organisation and Nordex values in front of our clients and other stakeholders outside the Group
- Support of negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Elaboration of project specific technical modifications of wind turbines together with other team members like Commercial Project Manager or Project Engineer
- Gain experiences out of running and closed projects for process optimisation and product improvement
- Taking over of internal improvement projects to optimize safety, performance, and operational costs of wind turbine components and installation tools
- Create necessary transparency with regards to an optimization of cost-effectiveness in cooperation with other departments
- Works proactively to eliminate risks at Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

As Technical Project Manager, you will report directly to the PM & Construction for Region Brazil with functional interface with the Lead Technical Project Management within Global PM/EPC - Project Technology
- University degree in Engineering
- Experience in disciplinary or functional leadership
- Broad knowledge about wind turbine technologies
- Project management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector)
- Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working
- Very good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English, other languages are an added value
- Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude
- Willingness to go on business trips abroad on a regular basis
