Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. Foster a culture of high engagement, collaboration, and accountability; implement improvement plans to drive success. Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets; inspire creative and innovative sales approaches; identify opportunities to scale sales programs and maximize impact. Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day team operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics; monitor key metrics (Engagement Score, Adoption, Pitch Rate, etc.) and drive improvements through data‑driven decisions; streamline processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. Strategic Insights and Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights; deliver clear, concise, and meaningful reports to stakeholders, focusing on solutions; ensure business reviews include actionable recommendations and a compelling narrative. Client and Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the team, clients, and internal stakeholders; work with cross‑functional teams to align on business goals and implement best practices; lead the team in building strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and retention. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Sheets and Slides for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Language Fluency: Advanced English and full professional fluency in Portuguese. Additional Attributes That Will Help You Stand Out Digital marketing certificate. Google Ads experience/knowledge.
