ΕργάνηΤην Εφαρμογή και παρακολούθηση διαδικασιών του Τμήματος Ανθρώπινου ΔυναμικούΤην διαδικασία ένταξης και αξιολόγησης των εργαζομένων με σεβασμό στους κανόνες και τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.Τη διαχείριση των σχέσεων με τους φορείς εκπροσώπησης των εργαζομένωνΤη σωστή συνεργασία με τους διευθυντές των τμημάτων και τις ομάδες τους (μεταξύ 150 και 450 υπαλλήλων)Στο Club Med:Θα ζήσετε μια μοναδική επαγγελματική εμπειρία μέσα σε ένα πολυπολιτισμικό περιβάλλον με μοναδική ατμόσφαιραΘα αντιμετωπίσετε νέες προκλήσεις και θα νιώσετε την ικανοποίηση ότι ξεχωρίζετεΣαν G.O HR Manager, θα μπορείτε να επωφεληθείτε από τις υποδομές και τις δραστηριότητες που προσφέρουν τα resort του Club Med.
