**Role**:At least 2-5 years of experience as an HR manager for Latin America- Dynamic person with an experience in big organizations (preferably international)- Flexibility to travel when needed throughout Latin America- _**Must have experience in call center, mass recruitment drives**_- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in addition to being highly organized- University degree in the relevant field- _**Fluent in Portuguese, English**_ and Spanish would be an advantage**Responsibilities**:- Managing several offices;- Developing HR strategies aligned with the organizational goals;- Forming strong relationship with line managers to understand business requirements;- Assessing and collaborating with external recruitment agencies and search firms;- Processing employees’ working with in-house HR system handling requests and providing relevant information.Attractive remuneration and corporate benefitsTipo de vaga: Efetivo CLT, Tempo integralSalário: R$10.000,00 - R$15.000,00 por mês**Benefícios**:- Seguro de vidaTipos de pagamento adicional:- 13º salário- Adicional de fériasLocal do trabalho: Presencial
