Role Summary

We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our recruitment team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact between clients and the organization, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with emphasis on talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
  • Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
