Job Title: Senior Frontend Architect Opportunity

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced frontend architect to lead the implementation of our front-end architecture and drive it to completion.

This role requires collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-first features. As a frontend architect, you will own performance, UX, and component library quality across the platform.

We are looking for an individual with deep expertise in React + TypeScript, state management, and frontend optimization. Strong experience with Chakra UI, GraphQL (Apollo), and modern tooling like Vite is also required.

In addition to technical skills, you must have strong communication skills, be able to spot issues before they happen, communicate proactively, and help unblock the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of our front-end architecture and drive it to completion.
  • Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-first features.
  • Own performance, UX, and component library quality across the platform.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient front-end code.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience, with at least 5 years building and scaling React apps in production.
  • Deep expertise in React + TypeScript, state management, and frontend optimization.
  • Strong experience with Chakra UI, GraphQL (Apollo), and modern tooling like Vite.
  • You've worked with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GCP Cloud Build) and Sentry monitoring.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with React Native or mobile-first architecture.
  • Messaging, voice, or real-time communications background.
  • You've scaled SaaS apps in fast-growth startup environments.
