Location: Remote, Brazil

Languages: Portuguese and Conversational English required

Contract Type: Full-time engagement

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead governance, implementation architecture, and Customer Service Management (CSM) initiatives. This role requires proven architect-level expertise and senior technical consulting experience . Please note: Analysts and Admins will not be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, aligning platform strategies with business objectives, and establishing governance frameworks for compliance and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for driving CSM deployments, including case management, omni-channel integration, workflows, and customer data models. Experience in the Finance industry’s back-office processes is highly valued, with the ability to translate complex financial operations into scalable digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures with a focus on governance and sustainability.
• Lead Customer Service Management (CSM) initiatives, including case management, omni-channel integrations, workflows, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow strategies with organizational goals.
• Translate financial and back-office processes into efficient ServiceNow workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance frameworks for ServiceNow implementations.
• Guide and mentor implementation teams while ensuring adoption of platform standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of configuration/development experience in complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• Proven architect experience with ServiceNow (must have).
• Hands-on expertise in CSM deployments and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong consulting ability: providing solution options with pros/cons/risks, and advising business stakeholders.
• Experience in web technologies : XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.
• SaaS technology expertise with ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Best Practices : Order to Cash, issue management, orchestration, product quality.
• Familiarity with leading CRM tools and integration with ServiceNow.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
