AEG Core Values Excellence & Teamwork Respect & Trust Always Do What’s Right Position Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Brazil-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth across the aviation fuel and services portfolio. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, customer service orientation, and industry knowledge. Responsibilities Proactively manage and grow relationships with existing aviation clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, general, and business aviation sectors. Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams. Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop tailored fuel and service solutions that meet client needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking sales activity and client communications. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth. Assist with proposal preparation, contract renewals, and pricing support. Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely billing and payment follow-up. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry (preferably in fuel sales, operations, or related services). Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B or service-oriented environment. Fluency in Portuguese, and advanced English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred. Key Skills & Attributes Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
