RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕESGerenciar o relacionamento com clientes da base ativa, aplicando toda a régua de relacionamento (reuniões presenciais/virtuais, visitas estratégicas, participação em eventos, etc). Identificar e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais dentro da própria carteira (up-sell e cross-sell de soluções). Elaborar materiais para comitês internos visando a aprovação de novos negócios oriundos de sua carteira. Realizar análises de mercado voltadas ao contexto e à performance dos clientes sob sua responsabilidade. Monitorar a utilização das soluções contratadas pelos clientes, atuando em conjunto com o time de Middle Office no acompanhamento de KPIs operacionais e planos de ação. Coletar, organizar e traduzir feedbacks de clientes em sugestões de melhoria de experiência, funcionalidades ou fluxos de produto, exercendo o papel de Customer Advisor . Gerar relatórios periódicos de engajamento e NPS, fornecendo insights estratégicos para as áreas de Produto, Comercial e Operações.
