**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Control the usage of training and certification assets in partnership with local L&K teams
- Control changes in plan and certification updates maintaining a single Masterfile with targets and achievements
- Create and maintain metrics
- Create and maintain one single communications channel to publish news, education resources, plans, procedures and metrics by alliance
- Promote list of certified practitioners to WFM, influencing the allocation of professionals in projects
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Business Analyst with proven skills in drive to achieve, communication, active listening, time management, excell, analytical thynking, metrics and executive dashboards.
Fluent in english.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Analytic tools, dev languages like Python
