- Understand partnership requirements and Map education required to close gaps
- Understand alliance strategy and Map education required to support alliance strategy
- Control certifications (actuals x targets, renewals)
- Manage education assets (budget, learning licenses, certification vouchers, learning credits) to increase usage and reduce loss (expirations, failure, etc.)
- Understand available education and sourcing channels (training providers, Udemy, partner) and work with them to build the most effective learning strategy
- Build education programs/roadmaps focused on what is critical to succeed in the role
- Plan Sales and technical education
- Communicate programs, rules, news, FAQS
- Monitor slack channel
- Monitor students satisfaction with programs and education & course correct
- Be the liason with global Alliance's team
- Keep Executives and stakeholders updated on enablement activities and certification status**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Project Management, with proven skills in negotiation, drive to achieve, communication, active listening, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal skills, time management.
- **Fluent in english.**
