Responsibilities / Tasks

Engenheiro de Suporte Técnico para o departamento de Service. Este profissional irá atuar com validações e desenvolvimento de soluções técnicas e aplicações. Com forte interface com a equipe de vendas GEA, clientes e parceiros. Atuando de forma multidisciplinar, encontrando as soluções mais adequadas para garantir o ciclo de vida do projeto após entrega.

É desejavel que o profissional possua experiencia prévia em indústrias de alimentos, bebidas, químicas, com conhecimentos em processos e equipamentos para aplicações de secagem (Spray dryers, evaporadores, destiladores), filtração e extração.

É fundamental que o profissional possua fortes conhecimentos em conceitos físicos.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Capaz de analisar e identificar problemas mecânicos, elétricos/eletrônicos, operacionais ou processo em equipamentos ou sistemas, assim como fornecer a solução (troubleshooting), através de atendimento em campo ou remoto.
  • Identificar materiais (spare parts) para equipamentos de projetos GEA.
  • Consultas técnica às divisões da GEA no exterior.
  • Ministrar treinamentos técnicos e operacionais nos clientes;
  • Discussões técnicas com clientes.
  • Elaboração de propostas técnicas.
  • Levantamento em campo e análise técnica das condições dos equipamentos ou sistemas, descrever as recomendações e necessidades de materiais e serviços.
  • Acompanhamento in loco da execução de instalações eletromecânicas;
