The Role You’ll Play: Join the team that fuels smarter, faster decisions across our revenue engine. As a Revenue Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights, helping shape the strategies that drive global sales performance. You\'ll bring structure to sales planning, clarity to performance reporting, and momentum to strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver reporting and dashboards that give revenue teams immediate, actionable insights
  • Analyze pipeline performance, sales productivity, and KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Support sales capacity and quota planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Partner with Sales Ops, BI, and Finance to optimize territories, incentives, and CRM workflows
  • Build scalable reporting solutions using Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders with confidence and clarity
  • Document and evolve our sales process frameworks as the business grows
  • Contribute to a collaborative, data-driven culture across go-to-market teams
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or sales planning
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills with an eye for data accuracy and trend analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets and translate insights for non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record supporting sales quota models, territory planning, or compensation design
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving paired with a high attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and passion for building better systems, processes, and outcomes
  • Strong English communication skills (required)
