Senior Renewals Manager LATAM

Job Summary monday.com is looking for a talented Renewal Manager who will engage with our customers throughout the year to transact and maintain on‑time renewals, cross‑sell/upsell within the customer base, and focus on customer retention. You’ll be a key member of our Customer Success team and join a global Renewals Team. This role is on a hybrid model in São Paulo. Responsibilities Drive and own the renewal processes from outreach and negotiation to confirmation. Work closely with Customer Success, Finance and Sales teams to retain contracts, secure renewals and support account growth. Negotiate renewal terms to align with customer and company goals. Maintain a rolling 90‑day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory. Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up‑sell, add‑on, cross‑sell, etc.). Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention. Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations and requests. Identify process gaps to improve efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of client‑facing experience, preferably in SaaS companies. Strong communicator with effective interpersonal and collaboration skills. Motivated, driven and results‑oriented. Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, energetic team player. Preferred Experience Proven experience owning a renewal process end‑to‑end. Experience working closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, finance, legal, CS) to reach primary goals. Reporting a rolling 90‑day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory. Proactively building and identifying opportunity signals to generate expansion opportunities. Handling escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations and requests. Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem‑solving mindset.
