Role Responsibilities Participate in operation strategy making, including but not limited to leads analysis, merchant segmentation and prioritization, performance improvement, etc. Understand local market and competition landscape, through robust analysis and data insight to provide sustainable B2B operations strategies. Coordinate with business development team, product team and other stakeholders to implement various strategic projects and improve platform merchant supply quality continuously. Role Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, preferred experience in O2O / E-commerce industry. Critical and structured thinking, data sensative, able to diagnose and solve problems in a practical and efficient way. Integrity, open-minded, self-motivated. Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment. A good team player. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
