Our way of working is guided by our values: passion for thinking, technology and people, customer focus, empathy, dedication, and respect Check out our website: Responsibilities Perform batch/job operations, including monitoring and execution of tasks. Work on the second shift (3pm - 12am), with a schedule that includes 1 weekend per month. Monitor and report job statuses (long-running, failures, abends) in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for all supported zones. Supervise job streams and flows, reporting errors or late completions to support teams. Monitor MainFrame connectivity and make necessary adjustments. Create, execute, and edit jobs and schedules in TWS and RunMyJobs (RMJ). Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure accurate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of workflows. Track support queues in ServiceNow and Jira, maintaining KPIs (incidents, requests, and change tasks). Work closely with teams in South America, North America, and India. Requirements Experience with batch/job operations. Proficiency in tools such as TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler), RMJ (RunMyJobs), Jira, and ServiceNow. Intermediate English, with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate via Teams. Second shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Rotating schedule with weekend shifts. Benefits 100% Remote.
