Job Responsibilities : Strategic Goal Decomposition and Planning Utilizing clear logical thinking, scientifically decompose business goals into actionable and traceable process indicators (Input Metrics) for the team, calculate man-hour efficiency at each stage, and forecast manpower based on the efficiency of each task. Monitor the team's order completion progress in real time, ensuring that key business indicators such as overall goal progress by city and module, as well as man-hour efficiency and other data are fully tracked and reported. Adjust manpower allocation and performance plans promptly, establish a goal early warning mechanism, and coordinate with the team for rapid response. Use various methods (including but not limited to product tools, data analysis, etc.) to build online data dashboards, efficiently perform data calculations, and monitor all modules. Closely collaborate with product and data teams to ensure the online construction of the data metric system. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for partner business growth through data analysis, identify key factors affecting performance, and propose improvement suggestions. Required Skills and Qualifications A bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of experience in internet industry operations or data analysis; experience in food delivery is preferred. (Hard Requirements) Proficient in SQL, able to independently build dashboards, and skilled in data extraction, processing, and visualization. Strong data sensitivity, able to independently analyze business problems and propose optimization suggestions. Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills; able to extract core insights from complex data and formulate actionable recommendations. Excellent project management and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; able to effectively promote multi-party collaboration. Strong sense of purpose and responsibility; able to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
