ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Seller Customer Service Team Lead will oversee support for all sellers on the SHEIN platform, ensuring inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently via messaging and other communication channels. The role involves coordinating with 3PL partners to resolve issues and enhance service processes.

This position is based at our office in São Paulo, Faria Lima.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to address local sellers' demands, quickly identify issues, and ensure solutions meet service standards.
  • Respond promptly to local sellers' needs, using instant messaging and other tools to resolve issues and assign responsibilities effectively.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on abnormal orders to meet team performance goals.
  • Analyze sellers' needs, identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive optimization initiatives.
  • Support team development and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
