ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Seller Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing support to all sellers on the SHEIN platform, ensuring that inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently through messaging and other communication channels. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with 3PL partners to resolve issues and improve service processes.
This position is based at our office in São Paulo, Faria Lima.

Job Responsibilities:
● Lead the team to address local sellers' demands, quickly identify issues, and ensure solutions align with service standards.
● Respond to local sellers' needs by promptly identifying issues, leveraging instant messaging and other tools to apply service processes and standards for effective problem resolution and proper responsibility assignment.
● Proactively manage and follow up on abnormal orders to meet team performance goals.
● Analyze sellers' needs, identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive optimization initiatives.
● Support team development and promote a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree required.
● Proven experience in customer service; leadership experience is a plus.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
● Advanced or Fluent English communications skills.
● Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
