About the Role For our team in Brazil, we are currently looking for a After Sales Supervisor (Solar Tracker). Responsibilities Support client's queries and retrieve information to investigate and deliver the suitable solutions Continuous communication with customers and follow up on development the topics, orders and shipments. Coordinate with others departments (R&D, Engineering, Logistics) to ensure availability and timely delivery of solution according to budget Spare parts management (replacement or sales) Remote assistance and technical solution improvements On-site visits and inspections Redact RCA for each technical issue Ensure effective reporting of significant activities under to the Regional Head on quarterly basis. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry (O&M, utility scale projects) Bachelor degree in Engineering (preference Electrical/Electronics/Telecom) Required Skills Ability to communicate with customers on different management levels Strong bias for customer satisfaction Proactive, self-starter and solution-oriented Flexible to local business travels.
