Casting Coordinator Position We are seeking a skilled Casting Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our content projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing, with strong communication skills and proficiency in various casting resources. They will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency with various casting resources and familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch. High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. In this role, you will identify and source emerging talent across social media platforms, post-casting calls aligned with creative outlines for new and ongoing productions, screen, organize, and categorize auditions, and coordinate auditions with talent, agencies, and managers. You will also maintain a robust casting database with accurate records and updated talent profiles. You will collaborate with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules, track deadlines, legal requirements, and production specifications for timely and cost-effective delivery, and build strong relationships with the talent to foster positive creative collaborations and ensure smooth productions.
